Provide us with the following:

• Copy of a recent bill summary.
• Copy of 10 to 15 pages of call details for us to get an idea of your call distribution between RBOCs, Verizon, Sprint, wireless, CLEC, and Independent LEC NPA-NXXs.
• Determine the type of access you'll want to use: Type 1, Type 2, or direct trunking to one of our underlying providers.
• Address(es) of your switch location(s) for access pricing.
• Page from your last bill that shows the current billing, taxes, fees, and past due balance.
